In 2010, I showed you an excerpt from Parade , this animation project by Pierre-Emmanuel Lyet, a young graduate of Ensad (2009). Well Pierre-Emmanuel wrote to me a few days ago to present his entire film to me, finally available on the web! You will see, everything is in shapes, colors, rhythms, atmospheres and behind this very present minimalism hides a universe teeming with details. Parade, between shapes and colors! In addition to this moment of color, I'm sure you will have enjoyed the music perfectly suited for this short film! These articles may interest you Parade, a superb animated film! “The external world”, an animated short… incredible.

Andy fell in love with Vine (that mobile app that lets you make 6-second videos.

He created a series of looping stop-motions over a period of about 6 months. It was a good way for him to quickly experiment with moving modeling clay. As this series of fairly elaborate animations became easy for him, he decided to make a much longer video. As he describes himself, Andy has always been interested in visual ways to loop and then make a piece of music out of it. It is on this idea that he realized "Plasticine Rhythm", understand the "modeling dough in rhythm". Graphic and musical WTF His experiences on Vine As you will have understood, Andy's universe is quite singular and colorful.
